“I have worked with Maria twice and I highly recommend! Helpful and knowledgeable and the only person I would work with again. Took care of all communication and paperwork, making the whole process very easy for me. 10/10”

“I would definitely recommend Maria to any central Oregon home buyers or sellers to use as your realtor. We met Maria and had a great feeling about her from the start. Not only were we looking to buy in Bend but we lived in separate cities and a separate state for my fiancé. Maria was very helpful by knowing the area, having a lot of local contacts, was honest, communicative, answered all of our numerous questions from afar and if she didn't have the answers she found them for us. I hope we are in our forever home but if I were to ever sell or buy in Bend again I would choose her. We hope to buy her dinner or a beer soon in appreciation.”

“We absolutely adore Maria! We met at an open house and when we found a home we wanted to put an offer on she was our first call. We honesty would not have successfully closed on our property if it had not been for Maria and all of her expertise. We would most definitely recommend Maria to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed working with Maria. We came from California and were not familiar with the real estate market in Bend. She guided our home tours to refine the area and home that best met our request. We purchased a house and feel Maria was pivotal in exposing us to the perfect home.”

“Maria is the consummate professional from start to finish. She knows the market inside and out. She spent quite some time understanding the unique features of our property that she sold for us. Equally as important, her follow up and attention to detail relieved me of any stress I might have experienced with all the paperwork involved”
